Since launching our first ERG program in March 2023, Brooks has grown to seven Employee Resource Groups. Open to employees who identify with each community and their allies, ERGs provide a space to connect, share ideas, build community, and support a more inclusive workplace.

BRAVE is the ERG for all LGBTQ+ teammates, inclusive of all abilities and disabilities.
DEN - Disability Employee Network
DEN is dedicated to elevating, giving voice to, and advocating for people with disabilities.
Juntos
Juntos strives to foster an inclusive intercultural community by creating a safe space for Hispanic/Latinx teammates of all abilities.
Brooks Asia-Pacific Collective
Our mission is to accelerate teh advancement of API employees at Brooks, increase the company's awareness of the API culture, and build a network of influence, acceptance and support within the company, community and with allies.
SOUL
Brooks' Soul prioritizes connecting, and championing the experience of Black employees through community, connections, cultural events, and professional development.
Womxn Inclusion Network - Brooks' Women ERG
The goal is to empower movement, whether physically, professionally, or socioculturally of women, nonbinary, transgender employees and allies.
