Common FAQs asked during hiring process

Our daily shuttle bus service is only for employees based in factory offices. This service does not apply to any teammates based in one of our offices. 

 

Currently lunch is only provided to teammates working in our factory offices. 

Brooks permanent employees receive a minimum of fifteen (15) days of annual leave for the first 3 year of employment, increasing by one day per year of service up to a maximum of 20 days. The AL balance can be carried out to maximum 1 year ahead.

Company-sponsored bi-annual shoe gifts (4 pairs per year) and MO Buck program for full-time employees each year on wellness events/items that inspire employee to be active and healthy. This includes such things as race entry fees, team entries, fitness classes, health club fees and Brooks gear.

We provide the private health insurance package coverage for employees and family members (spouse and children).
